1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the contractual relationship between ek78 ("ek78", "we", "us", "our", "the Platform") and any individual ("Player", "User", "you", "your") who registers an account with or otherwise accesses the ek78 online gaming platform available at ek78.bio and its associated mobile interfaces.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the ek78 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be a natural person and not a corporate entity or automated system.
• You must be at least 21 years of age. This age restriction is strictly enforced. Any player found to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately suspended, all associated balances forfeited, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities.

ek78 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the point of each offer and to the following general conditions:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed registration and, where required, KYC verification.
• Each player is entitled to claim each specific promotion only once unless the promotion is explicitly designated as a recurring or periodic offer.
• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money balances. Real-money funds are wagered first unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus. Bonus funds and associated winnings remaining at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Game-specific contribution rates are stated in the individual bonus terms.
• ek78 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn while players hold active bonus balances, ek78 will honour reasonable wagering progress made prior to withdrawal.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts, misrepresentation of identity, or exploitation of technical errors, will be voided and associated winnings forfeited.

The ek78 VIP programme — comprising Silver, Gold, Onyx, and Black Diamond tiers — operates under its own set of programme terms which supplement these Terms and Conditions. VIP tier progression, benefits, and cashback rates are determined solely at ek78's discretion and may be adjusted at any time.

6. Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

All casino games offered on the ek78 platform — including slots, live dealer tables, RNG table games, and proprietary titles — are governed by individual game rules published within the game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by those rules. In the event of a discrepancy between the on-screen result and the game server record, the game server record shall be definitive.

ek78 games use certified random number generators (RNGs) that are independently audited for fairness. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term statistical averages and are not a guarantee of outcome on any individual session or wager.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, ek78 will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where a fair reconstruction is not possible, ek78 reserves the right to void the relevant round and return the wager amount to the player's account balance. No liability will be accepted by ek78 for losses arising from technical interruptions beyond its reasonable control.

Winnings arising from bets placed with bonus funds are credited as bonus winnings and remain subject to any applicable wagering requirements. Winnings arising from bets placed with real-money balances are credited to your real-money balance and are withdrawable subject to standard KYC requirements.

7. Sports Betting Terms

The ek78 sportsbook covers cricket — including PSL, international bilaterals, and ICC tournaments — alongside other major sports markets. The following conditions apply to all sports bets placed on the ek78 platform:

• Bet Acceptance: ek78 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed after the event has started without in-play betting being active, or where the odds quoted were subject to a pricing error.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to each market and are displayed within the betting interface. ek78 may apply individual account-level stake restrictions where warranted.
• Void Bets: Bets may be declared void where an event is abandoned, postponed beyond the declared settlement window, or where a pricing error is identified prior to settlement. Voided bets are returned to the player's account balance in full.
• Settlement: Markets are settled using official results from the relevant governing body or sanctioned broadcaster. ek78 targets settlement within two hours of official confirmation of results. Settlement decisions, once applied, are final unless a clear and demonstrable error is identified.
• In-Play Betting: In-play markets are offered at ek78's discretion. Bets placed after an event outcome has been determined — whether due to network delay, system latency, or any other factor — may be voided by ek78.
• Suspicious Activity: ek78 reserves the right to withhold payment on bets where it suspects match-fixing, insider information, or coordinated irregular betting patterns. Such cases may be reported to the relevant sporting authority and licensing body.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ek78 platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, reporting to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether personally or through a third party.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated systems to interact with the platform in any way not authorised by ek78.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are void and will be reclaimed.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using the platform to launder money or process funds unrelated to genuine gaming activity.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes through your banking provider without first exhausting ek78's internal dispute resolution process.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ek78 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Allowing or assisting a person under 21 years of age to access your ek78 account.

9. Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and are subject to a cooling-off period when increased.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical faults, system downtime, or communication failures.

ek78's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to ek78 in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by ek78's negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Intellectual Property

All content available on the ek78 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, databases, game assets, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of ek78 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ek78 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on any platform content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the platform.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices or labels on the platform.
• Use any ek78 trademark, logo, or brand element without prior written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of ek78 intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal action.

13. Amendments to These Terms

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ek78 holds its gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute, you should first contact ek78 customer support, providing full details of your complaint. ek78 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aims to resolve all complaints within 14 business days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved through internal processes, ek78 will refer the matter to the dispute resolution mechanism available under its gaming licence.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights pending resolution of a dispute.
